1. Product Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Product Returns

Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products must not have been opened or used.

  • Products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.


1.2 Ineligibility for Product Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Products returned beyond the 30-day return window.

  • Software, downloadable products, or virtual goods.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, abuse, or negligence.


2. Service Refunds

2.1 Ineligibility for Service Refunds

Service fees, including but not limited to custom PC assembly, PC upgrades, PC cleaning, and PC repair, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

3. In-Store Pickup Orders

For orders selected for in-store pickup, returns can only be processed at our physical store location. The customer must present the original order confirmation and a valid photo ID for verification.

4. Hand-Delivered Goods

For orders that are hand-delivered by or a designated courier, a return time slot will be provided to the customer. The customer must ensure the product is ready for pickup during the provided time slot.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5.1 Product Returns

  • Contact our customer support team through to request a return authorization within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging, and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer support team.


5.2 In-Store Pickup Orders

  • Visit our physical store location with the original order confirmation and a valid photo ID during store hours to process the return.


5.3 Hand-Delivered Goods

  • Follow the provided instructions to schedule a return time slot.

  • Ensure the product is ready for pickup during the provided time slot.


6. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be provided instantly.
