The service costs displayed on the site as default are minimums, and can increase based on various factors like the size of the case and type of cpu cooler. It is the customer's responsibility to select the right options where applicable. All prices are in SAUDI RIYAL (SAR) and do not include applicable taxes, fees, or shipping costs, which will be added during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Ultragear.me offers various shipping methods and delivery times. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information. Once the product is shipped, the customer will be notified. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the return policy outlined in our separate Returns and Refunds Policy. Services such as custom PC assembly, PC upgrades, PC cleaning, and PC repair are not eligible for refunds.

Products sold by Ultragear.me are covered by a two year warranty according to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, subject to the warranty policy outlined in our separate Warranty Policy. The products may be covered by additional manufacturer warranties beyond two years. Customers should refer to the warranty information provided with the product.
