WARRANTY POLICY

At Ultragear.me, we stand by the quality of our products and services. All items sold by us are covered under a 2-year warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty policy is applicable only for manufacturing defects and does not cover the following:

  1. Products broken or damaged by the customer.

  2. Products tampered with or overclocked.

  3. Products damaged due to water or any liquid exposure.

  4. Products damaged as a result of bad installations, improper handling, or misuse.

  5. Products damaged by using incompatible parts in a PC.

  6. Products damaged due to improper grounding and other electrical issues.

  7. Products subjected to repair or service by unauthorized third-party service centers.

  8. Intentional or otherwise caused damage to the product.

 

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty for a product will be considered void if any of the following conditions are met:

  1. Original packaging and/or accessories are missing or altered.

  2. Original invoice is missing or altered.

 

Data Loss

Ultragear.me is not responsible for any data loss or damage to data that occurs during the use of our products or services. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have proper backups of their data.

 

Manufacturer's Extended Warranty

Some product manufacturers may offer warranties beyond the 2-year period we provide. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support beyond our 2-year warranty. We can provide the customer with instructions on how to contact the manufacturer if needed.

30-Day Return Policy

Customers have the right to return any product purchased from Ultragear.me within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Replacement of Parts Under Warranty

If a product part needs replacement under warranty, we will endeavor to provide the customer with an identical or similar replacement part. In the event that an alternative part of the same type is not available, the customer has the option to take a similar part by paying the price difference, if any.

If the customer does not accept a similar replacement due to non-availability of the part, the resolution process will be governed by the policy of the shop, complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.
